Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood West Facilities is a facilities company in Nashville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
