Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
