Silverline Iron Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
