Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Vista Property Management Group is a Minneapolis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
