Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Orchard Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Milwaukee area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
