What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
