Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Ashton Facilities is a facilities company in Milwaukee with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
