Northwind Oak Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
