Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Miami, FL)

Bright Sable Property Management looks after rental homes across the Miami area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Miami. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
