Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
