Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Miami, FL)

Nova Cross Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Miami with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
