Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Drift Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
