Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Union Civic Services Partners supports public agencies in Memphis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on public records and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
