Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
