Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Madison, WI)

Lumen Works is an arts centre in Madison with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
