Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Drift Civic Services supports public agencies in Madison with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on permits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
