Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Birch Hospitality is a hospitality company in Madison with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
