Westbrook Drift Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
