Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Quarry Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Little Rock. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
