Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Hollow Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
