Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Las Vegas, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
