Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Cedar Civic Services works with county and city offices around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
