Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Basin Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
