Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
