Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Las Vegas with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
