Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Linden Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
