Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Knoxville. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
