Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Rowan Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
