Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Rook Property Management is a Knoxville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
