Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
