Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Union Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
