Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Linden Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
