Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Kansas City, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
