Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
