Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
