Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jackson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
