Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Jackson, MS)

Bright Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Jackson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
