Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jackson, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
