Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Oak Civic Services supports public agencies in Indianapolis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
