Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Union Facilities is a facilities company in Indianapolis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
