Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Houston, TX)

Nova Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Houston region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
