Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Forge Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
