Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Houston, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
