Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 511 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
