Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Houston, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Houston. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
