Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Honolulu area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
