Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Quill Arts Center is an arts centre in Honolulu with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
