Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Orchard Arts Center Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
