Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Hartford, CT)

Summit Beacon Property Management looks after rental homes across the Hartford area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
