Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Hartford, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
